Stephanie is very knowledgeable and thorough with her work. She quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and came back to fix my washer. During her initial visit, I mentioned that the dryer although working, was making a noise as well. She recommended she do a checkup and cleaning when she would be back to fix the washer. I was pleased she remembered and did just that during the second visit. She was able to locate the sound of the noise and fix it, as well as give the dryer a good cleaning.
